During our first meeting with Jeff, Rosemarie and I felt very comfortable due to his calming, gentlemanly mannerism. He listened to our needs and desires, then offered his sound advice. He gave us literature to read to become acquainted and knowledgeable about our type of loan. This was vitally important to us before we signed for any loan! He never hurried us! Although the loan process in this day is much more cumbersome than it was years ago, Jeff answered all of our questions and guided us through the maze seamlessly, informing us of the options available of which we had never heard!
