Umpqua Bank, Clatskanie, OR

This is the most unprofessional bank branch I have ever dealt with. TWICE in one year they have been closed without providing any on-line notice, just a piece of paper in the window -- costing a useless 40-minute round trip each time. Then there was the cash deposit made at the drive-up teller window that went into somebody else's account, which I only caught when they gave me an updated balance number that was way off. I'd rather not drive to Vancouver but the complete lack of reliability with Clatskanie leaves no other option.
