Mandy was absolutely wonderful. When I visited the business, I presented a check and my ID. I also was a customer in the past. Not being absolutely sure about the validity of the check and due to the increase in fake checks, Mandy explained that more clarification would be needed in order to cash it. After contacting the issuer of the check, proper protocols were followed and verified for proof. After that, Mandy was able to cash the check and on my way. I want to point out that Mandy was very professional, followed the company rules to the letter. She did not want to create a liability issue for her company. I was an employer for many years and if I still was, Mandy would be hired on a heartbeat! She's a 5 star employee. Thank you and all of you be safe!
