Here is one perspective (as a seller) on working with Directors. After receiving an offer from a buyer and their prequalification letter for above asking and settling on a price just under our asking price the process began and red flags with this lender started to become evident. In short, the lack of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail was astounding. The closing date was missed and moved six times due to various issues that could have been prevented causing a three week delay in funding the loan. To anyone considering working with Directors know that there are other plenty of other options.
