WaFd Bank, Corvallis, OR

We have only had positive interactions with ALL the staff at Washington Federal. They greet us with smiles and know us by name. Several times they have gone over and above to help us with issues dealing monetary tangles. The manager (Inge) is wonderful, as are all the tellers and others in the branch. Of the many financial institutions we have dealt with over the years, our Washington Federal branch in Corvallis is far and away the best.

Sadly my teller, Ryan I think his name was is leaving today. But his service was very well and even double check that my deposit added up right.

Do not spend your time or money with this branch or bank. Chase and Bank of America have much better customer service support specialists as well as very useful tools integrated onto their sites and apps. There have also been several issues with WAFD not completing transfer of fund requests as directed resulting in artificial late charges.
