UPDATE [03/2017] - I have been personally contacted by the bank, and they have indicated that they take these problems seriously and are willing to find a workable solution. If they make good on this, I will be updating this review to reflect that. Once wonderful local bank, Excellent Branch, terrible 'main office' policies. The GOOD: I've been a member more than 5 years. I've never had ANY trouble with the people in the Elgin Oregon branch, nor in La Grande Oregon. The local branch is EXCELLENT. The BAD: If you plan on doing a lot of businesses on the Internet, consider a PayPal account as community bank will randomly flag legitimate purchase attempts, even from big companies as fraud. Overall an good small bank.

Easy to sign up for account on line. Great small town bank that cares about local community. Friendly staff.
