I'd like to say that this company gave me a chance when no others would, the staff is more than willing to work with you even when you can't make a full payment, communication is all it takes, thank you credit concepts for the opportunity to prove that one shouldn't be judge by the number of their credit score. To all who work here i apprecite the fact you guys treated me with respect and as a person, I highly recommend them if you need to get your credit rebuilt, or established.. Thank you, David Stadler

Paid off a 07 Mustang. Not really sure why this place is even open. Will NEVER do another loan or business here again. Interest is $4 a day so by the time you make your 270$ payment you turn around to make your next one a month later and it is basically canceled out. The whole process from the start with them was wishy washy and numerous times we were told different pay off amounts then it some how spikes up by $1,000? No thank you! I was glad to sell the car and pay it off so I didn’t worry about them. Their interest is crazy and their whole way of operating is not professional. I would ask for a credit union before I ever even think about CC again. Not that I will ever consider them.

This has been the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. I paid $6,500 down on a car that's only worth $8,000 and somehow I still owe $8,000. I'm a single mother and had my baby at the dealership with me when I was signing papers. She was crying and I feel like I was completely taken advantage of because they told me to sign the papers or they would rip them up and I wouldnt have a car at all. I was told I was paying 19% APR when really I'm paying 29%. I unknowingly bought a two-year warrenty on my car as well. I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing how badly they screw people over.

If I could give this company zero stars I absolutely would. The absolute most unprofessional and rude customer service I have EVER experienced. If you’re a day late on your payment, they are calling threatening repossession and making you feel like garbage no matter what your situation is. Then when we finally called them and told them to come get the truck because I’m less than 6 months it completely broke down, they wanted to argue and be absolutely and completely rude. If you have the opportunity to choose DONT choose this company.

Never work with a creditor directly if you have legal representation; CC didn't want to talk to my attorneys. After one of their dealership partners sold us a lemon and refused to roll the debt over to a loan for a different auto despite my having $800 up front due to having a temporary address at that moment, they harassed me every day through calls or email. They even called my reference and her family members multiple times. I repeatedly requested they contact my debt litigation group to discuss payment options, but they refused. Fast forward: we went to small claims court and they refused to work with my local representative, too. The paperwork they submitted made it out like I was the one refusing to talk to them. Since they didn't have the incentive to work with me on getting paid back and decided to instead garnish my wages at the maximum legal amount, I was forced to file for bankruptcy. Since 2015, filing bankruptcy means that they had to refund everything they'd taken out of my checks, so their practices weren't even in their own best interest. If they had accepted being paid back more slowly at a level I could afford along with my other expenses as the head of household with two dependents, my litigation group would have continued to pay them on my behalf until they were made whole. While this is a risk of enrolling in debt litigation, I'm disappointed because I once naively believed in their sincerity and didn't realize they'd discriminate against people for being in the housing program with First Place Family Center.

We have extra money to take care of other important financial needs! You Rock Travis! I will recommend credit concepts to friends and family. Keep up the good work.
