Most financial institutions have similar programs that they can offer their customers but each institution has its own set of employees and that is where First Community Credit Union shines. These are the nicest professionals you’d ever want to deal with. That also says something about management because any manager can hire people but not every manager can hire great people and keep them. Everyone here has a sense of humor and a great attitude about wanting to help you do the things that you came there to accomplish. I recommend this credit union to anybody and everybody.

We've had two auto loans here and both times nobody could beat the interest rate. Easy process beginning to end.

Made us wait for a auto loan check, after waiting 15 minutes we were informed that the person that could help us was getting coffee. As we were waiting wife asked to use restroom but they refused and told her she could walk to Target and use their restroom. Pretty bad customer service.

I am not a member of this bank but I used their ATM and I entered my pin wrong once and their ATM said it destroyed my card for security purposes. The bank couldn't return my card to me. Dont recommended going here for any transaction because they're just going to steal your card, shred it and tell you its not their fault.

The best place to get a loan!! I have never had a better experience in any bank, the experience was amazing will definitely do my Commercial loan here
