Dawn Robbins is absolutely fabulous!!! Not only does she have an amazing attitude, she is always ready to jump into action and get the job done! She helped me navigate through some incredibly tricky situations and didn't shy down to the challenge when other loan officers wouldn't or couldn't help. After hitting several dead ends with other lenders due to owning a manufactured home and its age, my first phone call with Dawn solved all the issues I had run into. She was a lifesaver!! I was finally able to tap into the equity my home had built. Once the process got started both Dawn and Kristie (her amazing assistant) were on top of each step and always available for a quick question.
