Umpqua Bank, Grants Pass, OR

This bank has gone down hill significantly in their customer service since a recent merger. They have deleted an account without telling me, transferring $1000s to a debit account. Accounts will randomly quit showing up on my phone and I need to call (with a 20 minute wait) and ask someone to "refresh" the account so I can get to my own money. It's become about some illusion of corporate efficiency rather than the customer. I'm done and going to look for a local credit union.

I have been using them since they were colonial bank since about 1990 and they have always been great they are a little slower these days but that's because of the virus, I also forgot to mention that I mainly deal with the one on F street in grants pass, Oregon

The worst bank in southern Oregon! If you are moving to Oregon and you are looking for a bank do NOT trust Umpqua with your hard-earned money!

They charge a $8 fee to cash your check if you don't have an account.

I stopped at one of the other Umpqua banks in town and ask the one lady why they closed and slack of customers so the one on Midland is officially closed
