Not sure if staffing issues are the reason but I just sat in the drive-thru for 18 minutes. I finally had to ask the car behind me to backup so that I could get out of line. They left as well. I cringe every time I have to go to the bank because of how long it takes but this was ridiculous. After 22 years with the same bank, I have decided to move to Umpqua bank.

Excellent local staff.
However the greater corporate management is out of touch with their customers and science.
Once again the lobby is closed forcing customers into the "wild west" of trying to jockey into position and the long waits that also result.
I've "done my part" and am vaccinated and I am even willing to wear a mask indoors, but this is ridiculous and does not even follow the science, especially considering death rates are 1/5 that of of the previous spikes and the vast majority are those who made the choice to go un-vaciinated.
I will shop around at the beginning of the year when I consolidate my business and personal accounts

I've gone through this business as my Personal Indigenous Bank close to 15 years. They have helped me on any questions I asked and made sure I leave them with a smile. I never had a problem with my accounts, never lost a penny through Washington Federal. I would give them more than a 5 star review if it went up past 5...

I could not ask for better service from a bank. They take care of both my personal account and my corporate accounts. Great communication, and awesome tellers. I would choose them again and again.

Ashley is amazing!! Oh my gosh, she was so kind and helpful and very friendly to my littles and to me. It's nice to walk into a bank and feel like family and that's just how she makes you feel. Every interaction with her is cheerful, fun,quick and accurate! She always greets us with a SMILE and a high five forcthe littles!! Keep her around because SHES THE BEST!!Go to 7th St WAFED!!
