This has been a terrible experience buying a car. If their high interest rates aren't enough, you are misinformed of what you owe constantly. The manager their starts off with a phone call pretty much threatening you if you do not pay your bill. Raul does not know customer service at all. I have been in customer service for 30 years and have never treated anyone like the treatment you get instantly from this United location. Would not ever use them again. Suggest everyone else do the same. Rude people should not be in customer service.
