I have been very happy with Umpqua Bank for many years.

Bank didn’t mention they closed my card after I got fraud They didn’t send me new card until I asked The operator didn’t find out who when why changed my card status as lost and stolen They charged maintenance fee They won’t reverse(They reversed maintenance fee in 6days after I chatted but They made me to pay late monthly utility bill by their unfaithful performance) Umpqua bank is inconvenient for online shopping especially abroad They charge small fee for transaction to oversea banks but it helps with fraud because it declines when buy online and send money very often Of course I finally changed my main bank by countless mistakes and inconvenience By the way Front desk ladies are always nice to me
