WaFd Bank, Hermiston, OR

One of the ATM's rarely works correctly. Money dissappears from our account but there is no record of a transaction. The only thing I do like is the tellers are very nice and helpful. Leaving soon!

In the last couple years customer service has been improved tremendously and the new staff! They strive for great service and very prompt with following up on questions. Worst bank

I like the bank and the staff is friendly and in less than 1yr the bank tellers recognize me and have my account up before I come to the counter. Love that !!!!
