First Community Credit Union, Hillsboro, OR

First Community Credit Union is the place to go to for any loan needs. Not only do they have the best rates compared to other credit unions or banks, but also a great manager named Jason who is friendly and knowledgeable to help you with all your loan questions. Also, I recently sold my vehicle to a dealership, and they didn't follow through with the payoff payment to FCCU in a timely manner. However, Jason was extremely helpful and contacted the dealership on my behalf to get the issues resolved quickly. FFCU is very lucky to have such a great employee like Jason who is always looking out for the customer's best interest. He is truly a professional and provides excellent customer service. If I ever need any future loans, FFCU in Hillsboro is the first place I would consider.

Love, Love LOVE this bank. First off, I've had multiple bank accounts and made A lot of transactions throughout my military career. This bank has given me the best rates, Hands down! I get that friendly neighborhood vibe from the moment I walk in. I've been helped by Natcha from Hillsboro Branch and Caitlyn, Lara and Chrystal from Forest Grove and they have all provided me with excellent customer service each time. I've refinanced all my vehicles and my parents have a Mortgage with them as well. Definitely recommend! Oh and I almost forgot to mention that they are also a CO-OP bank which means their ATM links to almost all my other bank accounts which is a one stop shop for immediate withdrawals AND CASH DEPOSITS!

Ever visit to Oregon First at their Hillsboro location not only am I pleasantly greeted and experience a feeling by the staff behind the counter like I am their most important customer of the day as if that was as good as it could get, I also am greeted with a huge smile from Jason the manager if his office is open. Jason is my go to person for all my business transactions makes me feel so comfortable and always is sure to make every experience the best it could be. At the Forest Grove location it is just the same and Sheri is just as nice and professional as Jason. A 5 Star Experience every visit.

We processed our car loan here and received amazing service. Veronica was organized, attentive and so helpful. She clearly explained all of our options and answered our many questions. She went out of her way to help us with multiple used vehicles that we were considering and helped us to finance the one that we really wanted. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and they have popcorn!

I love my Hillsboro, First Community Credit Union family! I have been a member for about 14 years. The staff is always so kind and friendly. They always greet me with a smile when I walk in or drive up, and they are quite personable. They are also very helpful when I have questions. On more than one occasion they have had to do some research with questions I have had. They always follow through, getting back to me with the answers they have found in a timely manner.
