I love everyone, but the Karisa Gal…. Such horrible customer service!! She always messes something up especially for my husband when he ask’s to double check she say’s it is correct, to later to find out it’s wrong. Why I never go to her when I bank inside and never will. I love Karla, Josie, everyone else super friendly very patient.

I was a long time member of Cascade Central Credit Union and I loved my credit union now that they made the merge with CCCU it’s been horrible. You have to sign every check, they don’t give you deposit slips and they put 3 day holds on all your deposits even paychecks! You can’t hardly pull up to the new drive through. Beyond Frustrated!!!!! I think I’m done time to shop for a new bank!

Extra thank you to Maria for her help on our recent RV loan. You made the process easy and enjoyable. I appreciate the communication and attention to fine details. The absolute best customer service!!! They know me by name. They respect my time. They are kind to my kids. And, because of my direct deposit, I don't have a monthly fee! This bank makes living through 2020 just a little bit more bearable. If you find this review helpful, please give it a thumbs up!
