the staff are great and the remodel of the bank is wonderful. I like this bank because they know what they are doing and if you come in on a regular basis Like I do they know your numbers right when you walk threw the door and are pretty quick to helping with what you need. I always leave smiling because the environment of the bank is positive and the staff always have a smile and are happy to see every one who come into the bank. If you don’t bank here and are trying to find the easiest and most efficient bank who are willing to help choose Pacific Northwest federal credit union.! :)

i asked for a new credit card be sent to me and i have yet to receive anything. Also tried to apply for a 2nd car loan 4 years ago and was denied, guess they dont like money. im gonna look for a new bank, this one is showing its age in being to slow for me
