Intentionally manipulates charges to collect overdraft fees. Expects you to correct monetary theft due to their system being as rudimentary as you can get. Employees seem to get loans no problem, but customers of 20 plus years and over 700 credit score won't get one. Sell private information to 3rd party buyers. Allows government intrusion into checking accounts. I could keep going but I believe you will either believe me that this bank is the worst bank in the universe, or you will find out the hard way. In fact pull all your money, and go with a credit union. Karma is a legitimate life changing result to messing with certain people. Karma only works for certain people. You all are now wide open to all Karma that comes to you. When the laws change soon revolving around our countries monetary system, you will be wide open to legal actions as well. Until then good luck. Also they are now declining purchases they don't deem appropriate. Gotta love globalist agendas.

You won’t believe this place! A slice of Americana. The mounted stuff on the walls is incredible. The Staff unbelievably personable and friendly. I didn’t even have an account there and they gave me a free coffee cup!

First I would like to say this bank is great! The the staff person who usually helps me in the drive up always greets me by my name and is super pleasant! She is always awesome! However, I can’t give the bank 5 stars because on May 8, 2023 I was helped by a male staff members who made a comment that was uncalled for and not professional. I asked to have a withdrawal from my account, his retort was; “if you have it in your account.” This staff member has no knowledge of the funds I have in this account. I had plenty of funds to complete my transaction plus! I felt this was a rude uncalled for statement from the employee. I feel like I was being judged, like I did not have the money I was asking for in the account. A star was deducted because of this statement to me! Four stars give for the bank employee that normally helps me! I wish I could remember her name, she deserves all 5 stars!
