ACE Cash Express, Keizer, OR

Andrew from the Ace cash express in Keizer Oregon is the definition of amazing customer Service. Not kidding, from the second I walked in the door, until I left, I felt respected, heard, and everything you wish for walking into a business. I went to the south Salem location last night at 6:01 pm, thinking it closed at 7 since that’s what the website says.. I was able to walk in and the lady was so rude “shoo-ing” me away, and the one on lanchaster couldn’t verify something didn’t give me any alternative options. ACE cash express is LUCKY to have Andrew representing their company, and I hope he is given the recognition he deserves. Thank you so much Andrew for being awesome, you made my whole weekend!

I waited almost 30 minutes…and I was next in line and the guy helped two customers before me when I was next in line because my transaction was going to take longer. It would have been nice if he asked instead of assumed I would let other people go before me. Horrible customer service! I will not be coming back. All I needed was a temporary debit card because mine got shipped to me. Please hire people who actually care and know how to do their job!
