I've been banking with Rogue for probably over 10 years, and have always gotten solid customer service. This new branch seems extra awesome. Maybe I've just been lucky, but there's never lines more than two people long, and I get great service in 5 minutes by friendly, knowledgeable staff, without all the extra charges from big banks. Highly recommend.

Been doing online banking for 3 years with zero issues besides once losing a card and having to wait 6 days for a new card . I started a new account with rogue 2 weeks ago and have had 6 fraudulent charges already with 2 of them gone through to get money . I went in to my local branch to resolve the issues, I was told it was gonna be handled and if I had disputed the charge ( with I already did online )and I would received a new card only to keep getting fraudulent charges on my account??

I don’t know who was rude to previous customers, but my experience was exactly the opposite. The lady who greeted me couldn’t have been more polite, helpful and professional. I waited about 2 minutes to speak to Nick to set up a new account. He was also extremely polite, friendly, patient and helpful.
I couldn’t recommend Rogue credit union more highly!

The clerks at this location are extremely rude and condescending . I was treated very poorly here. They made it clear that they do not value the time or business of their members. From management down they were unprofessional,unapologetic and nonchalant about the inconvenience that occurred due to a bank computer system malfunction at their locations ATM. The customer service provided by the employees at the Rogue Credit Union on Dahlia street is sub par. The customer service on Washburn is a hundred times better.

Super slow long lines. Usually only one person working at peak busy hours. Be prepared to wait a hour min to see a teller.

Absolutely horrible with wire transfers. This has been an on going problem for our company and although we have been promised future improvements with these issues it has only become worse. I’ve been told different things by different employees. Overall it has been extremely frustrating.
