The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait very long to get to a teller. Any time I've had questions, they've been able to help promptly. Extremely satisfied with them.

I went into the Klamath Falls Oregon branch on South 6th St to make a deposit and long behold Sheri the teller at the counter. No happy hello or any kindness on her part. Maybe I will be making a large withdrawal and go to another bank for my business. Totally unexceptionable behavior especially coming from a bank that has at the top of there receipt "welcome to the world's greatest bank." What a big joke!

Very rude to their customers. The cashiers get upset when they have to get off the cell phones to help customers.

I went there to open an account about a week ago and it actually went well, they were helpful, informative and it all went smoothly.
