Awesome staff. They new me by name on my second visit in there. Mike is a really nice guy that give people chances who don't have the best credit. Im very thankful they helped me with a loan to get a new car. ☺

The people at United Finance are awesome, when i walk it there its like they've know me forever. They are very friendly and welcoming. I'd rather go there than a bank, people at banks make you feel small and going to United Finance its like there your friend and there to help you. I would refer anyone that i know to them anytime.

I have been a customer for 6 plus years and they have always been on top of the ball when I've needed something. Went on medical leave and they were on the ball to help me get the proper paperwork out and handled in a fast manner. I'd recommend them anyday.

I've had several loans through United Finance, two of them have been at the Klamath Falls office. They're great! Their friendly staff will do what he can to help you out! Good, honest people that leave the fine print behind! No matter what town I'm living in, I'll be driving to Klamath if I need a loan!! Mike in the Klamath office puts Mark from the Medford office to shame!
