Awful bank left such a sour taste in my mouth its not even funny. If you care about yur money take it out of this bank.

I called about an inquiry on my account and the woman that answered the phone was rude and seemed not to care about a charge on my account i was questioning. She was not sympathetic nor acted like she cared what i had to say. When i asked to speak with the manager she put me on hold for 20 minutes. I have banked here for almost 10 years and i have never received so much disrespect.

I've been a member of this bank for many, many years and at this location for at least 3. I've gone in to the bank, gone through the drive through and called at least several times a month durring which time I have learned the names of everyone working there. They still don't know me even though I have some recognizable trates. I do wish they were open Saturdays.

They will no longer let me deposit money into my wife's account (with a deposit slip) unless I'm "Authorized" to do so. LOL!

I have banked here since we moved here from Wisconsin on 2016. Haven't had any major problems. A few things I don't like, but they aren't a real issue.

I had an unexpected amount taken as an auto-pay that left my account short for paying a very important bill. Instead of processing the check ( causing an NSF and bouncing), I received a phone call informing me of the situation. I was able to get to the bank and make a deposit to cover the check. It saved mea lot of money and extreme embarrassment. As much as I wish society worked on a "barter" system, since I HAVE to use a bank, I'm glad I chose WaFd and I will recommend it to everyone. Thank you!

Chessa did a great job ordering checks for us. As always, everyone greeted us with a smile. Very professional and welcoming.

Jackie Paulson made the process of opening new accounts for my grandson's college funds such an easy process. Her suggestions were also great!
