Awesome staff. Very helpful and never treats you like you're bothering them. Plus I love having an account that has accidental life and dismemberment insurance included and even insurance to cover my phone! At my age it's hard to get. It's included in the very low monthly maintenance fee. Online banking is super simple with Banner Bank. Best bank I've ever had!!
