LaGrande's location regularly goes out of their way to provide bare minimal, rude and unhappy customer service. I work for a company whose held multiple accounts with them for years and dread doing the in-person banking with them. The unfriendly and unhelpful service is beyond anything I've experienced with any bank whether in business or personal. I don't like feeling like the women behind the counter would rather be doing anything but assisting their customer with regular banking needs.

I have been banking with Community Bank for about 20 years now and every time there has been an issue, they have done all they can to fix it. Thank you so much!

The online banking is terrible. I am now denied access to my accounts for no apparent reason and with no help from bank personnel.
