WaFd Bank, La Pine, OR

That was the third appointment I tried scheduling for my account to be setup with Washington federal! They’re staff proved incompetent vey two faced fake and behaved boastful after losing information and failing to service multiple customers. Waited 15 minutes in line to be sent out then came back only to be told they’re system couldn’t verify anything and was down. Do not bank here!

We have been a customer for ten years, any problems we have had, have been handled quickly! Great customer service, very friendly and fast. Thanks, Chrissy Johnson

AWESOME!!! EVERYONE at the lapine branch is so nice and helpful, but this one time, They went so far above and beyond customer service that Im still waiting for them to touch back down on Earth so I can tell them "Thank You." I had to take a pregnant employee from my work all the way to the Bend hospital. When I got back, it was closing time for the bank and they restarted their computer to deposit my check even though I was ten mins past closing. I really do APPRECIATE EVERYONE at this Bank. Everyone that works at Wafd Lapine Branch is a customer service rockstar. It doesn’t matter if I show up 10 minutes before closing or right at opening, they are always super helpful and eager to so!

Been banking with this specific local bank for over 9 years now, never not once have I had a problem that could not be fixed (minus the online account for 7 years) but I just call em up, keeps the customer service style alive. The only bank I've never had any shady issues with. Keep up the bomb work La Pine!!!
