We love Pacific Crest and particularly the Lakeview Branch! We get great service for all of our needs, from personal banking and loans to commercial banking. Not only is the service personal, but I appreciate how hard they work to make things work for us! I also really appreciate the call center and how helpful they are with my questions and transactions. Thanks for great service and involvement in the community!

I hate this bank. The ladies are mean. I closed my account after a few months, and I'm happy I did. Update: in order to solve the problem, one would have to go back in time and not ruin my day by failure to use common sense entirely! What happened is the lady knew both me and my fiance personally, one day I went in to deposit a check (a few days after my C-section I was struggling already!) I put my fiances debit card in with the deposit so she could find the right account she took his debit card and wouldn't give it back, despite personally knowing us both and held it at the bank. It took weeks for him to find the time to go back and get it out meanwhile we had no debit card to access our money. I bawled my eyes out asking for it back and she smirked at me, even admitting she knew we were a couple but "rules are rules" I'd just had my son it should have been a great day instead I bawled for hours an emotional wreck. Thanks! Never again. She KNEW US!

I have been with this bank since I was old enough to get an account they take care of you and know who you are when you walk in. It he ladies and gents are amazing

Has become the most impersonal, rude, and nasty bank I have ever dealt with. I was with them for 15 years and have never been treated so horribly by a financial institution. No loyalty to their customers at all

These ladies really look out for You . I could not be more pleased with the service .

As a business owner and a consumer, I can say that there is no other bank that takes customer service as seriously as Lakeview Pacific Crest! They go the extra mile to take care of our accounts, are always willing to do the research and make us feel appreciated.

Bad customer service and they steal your money. Take your money for interest before your payments even do. Would not recommend this bank. I had savings checking and a credit card with them closed them all November 22, 2023 does not help the people in the community that they should
