Great place for banking staff are friendly, courteous and professional. They went out of their way on helping me. Caught me by surprise and I am so very thankful. Banking with our local credit unions is easy convenient and personal in HANDLING MY MONEY. All those other banks don't care about you, the staff may, but when it comes down to corporate, forget it, your just a nobody to them. lost my wallet with my debit card a few weeks ago. came in today to get a replacement expecting to have to wait weeks for the new one to come in the mail. was pleasantly surprised when they printed it out in branch at our appointment. all the clerks are friendly and helpful.

Ive had nothing but trouble with this bank from the start, constantly charging random overdraft fees when funds are available or withholding funds to create a gap so they can proccess with an overdraft fee. Unreal. My advise, research a better place, there are many that dont have cut throat policies and fine lines to fill their pockets.

Cost me an overdraft fee to find out they charge $2.03 to transfer funds from checking to their secured credit card which can and usually does take all day or longer, if you're looking for fast or real time banking look elsewhere. I'm closing account as soon as i find an alternative.

I have been with Central Willamette for about four years now, and I can not recommend them more highly! Their standard of customer service is absolutely exceptional—not just for a financial institution—but as a business in the greater service industry. Central Willamette is one of the friendliest credit unions I have used! The personnel treat you as family! The services are great and some of the best around. Both Breannas and Sarah have made my day more than once with their help and dedication! Highly recommend if you want fantastic service with a smile and down home hospitality!
