Slow to respond to clients. They seem to seek a cookie cutter / picture perfect clientelle. When you dont fit that mold, they quickly forget about you. Does not work very hard to help veterans obtain VA homeloans, and avoids allowing usda home loans. Recommend avoiding this business for homeloan options. Their customer service is terrible. If you do choose to tryout Loan depot *Avoid (Betty Schmidt).
