Oregon State Credit Union, Lincoln City, OR

Every time I enter my credit union I remember why I like it so much. I am welcomed immediately and the welcomes continue on to the counter. They are genuine people appreciate my business and I am very pleased to have them as my financial Institute. I have been with credit unions many many years but Oregon State Credit Union is the best.

The only reason it’s not a five star place is because of Starbucks. I enjoy the bank but I can’t get in and out of that place when the line for coffee blocks any and all parking.... and the entrance.... and the exit. (Defiantly not your friendly neighbors rolling threw Starbucks, mainly really rude tourists). Add another entrance or boot Starbucks. About to take my accounts to TLC because I just can’t get in my own bank.

Went to use this ATM as this bank is a co-op shared branch and I’m from out of state on a business trip in Oregon. This ATM gave me a receipt for my withdrawal transaction BUT NO MONEY! Then said it was OUT OF ORDER. I had to dispute my claim with this damn bank the next day. Not happy!

Megan is simply the best! Every time I go in she offers to help and is so upbeat and positive, I always walk out feeling better than when I went in. Give this girl a raise, she embodies the OSCU customer service spirit! It’s employees like her that make us love where live… and bank!!
