Offered me up to $50k for a car loan, but only $6k for a personally loan when I have other banks and creditors offering me up to $50k for a personal loan. I only wanted a loan from them because the interest was quit a bit lower than my other offers. Claimed I don't have collateral for a bigger personal loan, but I own my house valued at over $400k. Wasted my time and pulled a hard credit check for nothing. Will be switching credit unions as soon as my vehicle is paid off.

Journey was so helpful in getting my loan finalized and funded. It was an easy process and now I’m paying less monthly which was the goal. Chelsea, Jeana, and Kali also pitched in to get my loan settled and each one of them were very nice.

Wonderful STAFF, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and like you matter, I love the way everyone working there knows my name, even though I rarely use the lobby.

Great customer service. I was trying to set up my online account to sign in and view my new savings account. I was having trouble and the customer service representative, Rachel, called me! I was fixed up in a matter of minutes because she cared enough to reach out instead of going back and forth on the messenger thing. Thank you!

I was interested in some CDs and Stephanie helped me to make a right decision. I chose the build up plan. I was very impressed by her knowledge in CDs. I woulda be happy to return and ask for her assistance again!
