I was on a payment plan with ACE, and they scheduled my final payment for a holiday. I went there on the holiday (Sep 5th) and they were closed. I returned the next day, Sep6th, to make my payment, and they charged me a $19. penalty because my payment was late. Oh my gosh; how rude!

So I've never posted about a check cashing store, but my experience was really great. I was helped by a super great lady named Krista. She helped me get a check cashed that was a bit tricky. She was very helpful in getting things together in order to get it done as quickly as possible with as little hassle as possible. She was sure to give me tips and was very helpful in directing me to free services in regards to the card I received. I've cone here before fir money orders, but have never received such a warm welcoming and such stellar customer service. Thank you Krista so much for making it an enjoyable experience!!
