First Federal, McMinnville, OR

We had 3 accounts at first federal for over 20 years. ( personal, business, money market) the staff was great,very friendly and new us by name when we came in ,always good service, never had an issue, always willing to help.I moved to Central Oregon and wished I could take FFS&L with me.

In their eyes, it is now time to build a gaudy looking brand new building that will not fit into the downtown decorum of the architectural work. I'm glad that we left this financial institution.

I have moved all of my banking to First Federal. The folks there are so awesome and easy to work with! Always a smile when I walk in a greeting for my kids and usually a cookie.

I opened a business account here and they were very accommodating. Every time I have had an interaction with the staff I have always walked away with a great experience. For example: I received an email from the vice president of the business just to make sure everything was going well. Has me wanting to switch all of my accounts to First Federal.
