When we decided to buy a home we were living in a trailer that had been apart for years, we talked to at least 5 different lenders about buying and they were all nightmares to just talk to, I didn't want to deal with going through the whole process of buying with them. He made the process so smooth, sometimes called 5 or 6 times a day just to confirm everyone had everything and it was all correct, always asked how we were doing and answered all our questions the best he could, if he couldn't, he'd find out and call me back. We were able to close on time without a single hiccup! If we ever decide to sell and buy another home when our kids are older, first person I'll be calling is Jesse and his team!

Very unprofessional and no boundaries between lender/customer relationship. I switched lenders half through my purchase because it was financially beneficial for me-I saved $5,000 in closing costs as well as a lower interest rate. When I requested my file be moved over, Stephanie Jarrad seemed to go out of her way to make it more difficult for me, the "customer". I will never do business here again. Do not recommend.
