The unprofessionalism was astonishing. My appointment for my car viewing was rescheduled due to weather conditions and I lost opportunity for a loan because of it. Sean claimed it was his mistake and was unable to rectify it. I am at a loss of words for how poorly this establishment handled themselves.

During an over-worked and under-manned period, Shawn came through with outstanding service as quickly as he could. Kudos!

Im not very happy, with one main financial. Is this a scam company. First they put 850,00 dollars in my bank account. I was told go to walmart and buy 2. Visa cards, and put 420.00 on each card. Then take pictures of both cards so I could get loan, I was trying to get. The money was said to be a scame by my bank. .s

Well to start if I could give 0 stars I would. This place is not professional at all! I was getting some answers for my husband to get a loan and we were dealing with Amanda. When I first talked to her she had an attitude and I was just trying to ask questions so that there was no confusion. She gave the info and we decided we were going to do the loan and them something just didn't feel right so I ask Amanda more questions which she had an attitude and seemed to be put out. Well we decided to go in a different direction and I called Amanda and told her the news and she really had a bad attitude then. I told her that I didn't appreciate her attitude and treatment and she hung up on me. SO UNPROFESSIONAL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will never do business with One Main because of Amanda!!! She does not need to be in customer service!

Applied on phone and the next day had an appointment made with Susan, went down on our appointed day and Susan WAS awesome from the time I had made the appointment to going in for the paper work. She made things so easy and answered all the question we asked it plain English, she and another co-worker stayed after the closing time to take care of us I would recommend going down and talking with Susan. The process was very easy and fast.

Outstanding customer service! I've been a client for many years and the service has always been courteous and professional. Great folks to work with!

Amanda is always extremely helpful and she found a way to help me with my loan. I appreciated her courtesy and swift efficiency.
