I have purchased 2 vehicles through this company in the last 4 years. I am beyond satisfied with the results of doing business with them. Yes. We did have a higher interest rate than other companies but they do offer a refinance option to those who make payments on time. I believe that if you stay in contact with them and communicate if you are struggling they will work with you. I give 5 stars to Reliable auto for their customer service as well!! I’m a single dad needed money because I fell into an unexpected custody battle after 4 years of doing 50/50 with my daughters mom and had to hire an attorney due to the elderly judges in Jackson County that are still living in the past, as far as “the mother for the children, the father for the money” I love my little girl too much to only have her a couple days a week, however, because of this large expense, although it was definitely worth it, I fell TWO months behind on my loan payment and this ridiculous loan company with their slimy “professionals” decided to tow my only work truck and when I went down with the borrowed money to pay the past 2 months + tow fee, they told me nope! You have to pay the full 7.5k to get your truck back. Trucks only worth 4k on a good day so I went to the tow yard, stripped it clean, and told them to keep it! Do not trust these people!!!

I have done several loans at Reliable Credit and from the receptionist when you walk in to the loan officer Nick Williams I have always seen nice polite and sincere help from all of them. They care about the customer and work hard for them and the dealerships they get from me. Always a pleasure to work with Nick. He aligns himself for the customer and helps me also with solutions. When I first started working with reliable credit they were amazing super friendly customer service and very helpful. I recently financed a car through them and within 90 days the cars motor blew up. Now as a single mom of 2 I cannot afford to pay for a vehicle that is not working. It’s not their fault the car blew and I definitely was not blaming them but I did have to surrender the car. I was informed I might not be able to surrender the vehicle because the vehicle was not running. I’m now in the process of bankruptcy due to other life situations that have effected me financially. I got a call from reliable yesterday asking where the car was I told them where it was and apologized and explained I was frustrated with the dealer as I only had the car for 90 days. The man responded with yeah and I’m frustrated that we gave you the money then hung up before I could say anything. I’m already embarrassed enough to have to go through bankruptcy I didn’t need him to embarrass me more. Rude and uncalled for.

Rude employees other than Frankie, Jim. And the manager. Was not willing to try and work with anyone ever! Terrible business practice.
