Had a great experience with marry today. She's very kind and helpful she made sure we understood everything before we signed our paperwork. She is always so kind and helpful I've been going through them for 4 years now!

I used UF when I bought my van.. they gave the loan quickly and I drove off with my new van that day. Also after the passing of a friend of mine, he had a loan on a vehicle I was buying from his widow to help her. They took care of the loan and I was able to get the car registered in my name. I did have one bad experience, however it wasnt the people.. it was just the situation. I needed a loan and all I had was my van as something to go against. The van was not worth the price of the loan I was asking for, so they denied me, however they tried to help me to see what I can do to get the loan. It didn't solve the issue, but it was nice not to have the door just slammed in my face.

This company will help you out if you are in a tight spot but they ask for more money in return. That’s just the name of the game. That being said the service and the people are very nice and they can really help build your credit. You can go in person call in or pay online. They even give you a ten day grace period each month so you never miss a payment. I’m very thankful for this company.

I was a day late on my car payment, I have a 9 day grace period and this company has called me 8 times today! With all this crisis going on in the world they absolutely had NO compassion for their customers. Once I’m done paying my car off I won’t be using them again. So rude. When I asked the lady why they’re calling me when I’ve never had this issue before her response was “well that’s what we’re dealing with so just deal with it.” are you kidding me? So unprofessional!

If I could give no stars I would to this company we have dealt with them for over ten years and they were great loved them but recently with the new management they have things that are disorganized and the staff are completely rude. Even calling cooperate doesn’t help they are just as horrible to deal with as the branch. They don’t give straight answers loose titles to your vehicles and don’t work on getting them back. we have paid of numerous loans through them and this time it will be the last. We will not do business with this company in the future just for the simple reason of how they treat their customers.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Tyler Potter he has gone over and Beyond every time that I've talked to this gentleman I hope United Finance appreciates what a dedicated an awesome employee that they have
