I have experienced nothing but positive interactions with the United Finance staff on McLoughlin Blvd in Gladstone, Oregon. Everyone is always up front and honest in all interactions concerning the loans I have had. They are courteous and kind. We have grown a good relationship and I highly recommend them to anyone who is struggling with there credit and wanting to do better. My last interaction was the best with getting great feedback from the branch manager. Thank you United Finance for believing in me!!!

Have been coming here since January 2008! I will continue to do business with the Gladstone office. The ladies in the office have been super sweet and I have grown to love them over the years:) Juan the manager has been very helpful and understanding each time I needed a loan. Very grateful for the business and professionalism I will continue to come here!!

Was very humiliated when I applied for a loan. Do not have driver license but have a vehicle. Wanted me to have a driver license If i was to use vehicle for collateral and said they would not help be because of no license and they would not condone me driving. A- never said I drove. B- none of their business. No one should be shamed or made to feel like low life's from some on who runs their business through customers

I have been a long time customer, i have always looked forward to coming to the Gladstone branch because it's pretty close to my house, but the main reason is because of how well i am and have been treated, juan, bonnie and tiffany are so wonderful, when i got my first car loan there like 5 years ago they were all so very kind to me, juan took a chance on me and i have never let him down and he has always been there for me as well, bonnie is so nice to me when i come in and has a kind word or just a how is your day, tiffany is very upbeat and professional as well, so thank you to all the wonderful staff at Gladstone for years of great service. 10/10 would NOT recommend anyone to them. Has been a horrible experience from day 1. They don't work with you at all on anything and have horrible customer service.

After reading some of the online reviews. I would definitely consider United Finance as a place to apply for a loan. Do you offer eSign? If not, how long does the process take?
