The lady was new and RUDE! And barked that we needed to wear masks there is a way to talk to people and that is not it we will be looking for a new bank I won’t be treated poorly also we brought in checks and she rushed over to her manager like we were trying to pull a fast one we asked to if there was a problem and she said she was new she should NOT be working in banking period our mother just passed away last month and those checks were from people who wanted to help with expenses the lady helping us was extremely disrespectful I will be calling corporate and filing a formal complaint this is unacceptable!

I was here 1to2days after easter holiday to pay my rent and the man in front of me won over a million dollars on a scratch it lottery ticket. Everyone was happy for him. It was like a big event that happened or something

How do you expect the wood industry workers to make it to your bank by 4PM. This OUTRAGEOUS. DRIVE UP should be open until at least 5PM.
