I always have a great experience with the Trading Post! The owner is very helpful, nice and respectful of me every time I have gone there. The read of the staff are great too, I don't have a lot of experience with pawn or buy/sell shops, but I am glad to have this shop as my first choice! He has helped me help my family. Very nice man!

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Went in today to check on some things, guy working the counter was rude, unhelpful, and had a horrible attitude. Even asking to speak to someone higher up, he still followed around with a snarky attitude and was majorly lacking customer service skills. Been a customer here for years, and I will not be back again due to this experience. It's one thing to get bad news at a business, it's another to be disrespectful during the transaction. If your looking for good service, I would highly suggest going somewhere else. It's too bad too, the owner is a nice guy, but clearly has hired very bad staff.

Been coming here for a little while now. Always helpful and friendly. Fair deals and amazing people. Always fun to go in and chat with the guys who are very knowledgeable. And if they don't know something they look it up right then and there. Had one or two small issues. But overall there is a reason I keep doing business with them. Guys at the trading post if y'all are seeing this, keep it up.

Beware!!! The young men in this pawn shop are very rude and disrespectful. Have pawned items n cases, such as a laptop in a case or a gun in a case etc. They will try to keep your accessories or cases etc. they will state that the case or accessory was not listed on the paper work as if the customer has the power to write up what items they receive. Whatever wasn’t listed on the slip they steal. I have had this done 2 times. The owner won’t do nothing about it! Nice guys but when they are wrong they get very aggressive, especially when they short you money from change coming back from pickup and then stating they can’t print the receipt to show how much change is owed. Come on fellas we can do better than that! Customer service!
