TLC, a Division of Fibre Federal Credit Union, Newport, OR

I started banking with TLC when I moved back from the valley. I wanted a bank that was small and had a welcoming feeling and have felt that credit unions were a better option. Now I use online banking and very rarely go into a local branch but when I do, I'm recognized and greeted with big smiles. It's awesome and have since opened my childrens accounts and got a few others to join as well. Another thing that brings a little pride, is how much TLC supports the local community. I've seen their banner on a lot of school functions and donations made to places I care about. I only miss the popcorn in the lobby!

Doing my business banking with the TLC branch in Newport has been a wonderful experience. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming in the branch when I come in. I know that whatever my business banking needs are, TLC is ready to help. I appreciate the care and time they take with every transaction. I would recommend TLC to anyone in our community!

Everyone always has a smile, Always friendly, this has been my favorite bank to back at since 2007.

The customer service here really is the best. Any time I have a problem, the workers here make sure it's easily and quickly resolved. I'd always like to add that they are very respectful to me as a transgender person. Everyone I've spoken to there has, without fail, used the correct name and pronouns for me, despite my legal name still being on all my documentation. I feel very lucky to work with them.

I'm giving 2 stars because there direct deposit is not working properly. I have my paychecks directly deposited. 2 days before payday and when payday is here the money is not there until after 4pm. This issue started in March of this year every paycheck. First it shows as pending on the day the deposit is made then it disappears as if they withdraw and the deposit it again. I called and they didn't answer my issue. After 5 years of direct deposits this started. Not happy at all.

The branch in Newport has always been very helpful. I can go in and always be greeted with friendly smiles and greetings or call and get helped promptly and accurately. I have also done business with calling Longview WA for a car loan question and received perfect service. Thanks Again!!!!

Janel is a professional, knowledgeable and prompt representative! It is always a pleasure working with her, and she always makes sure to complete our member needs in an efficient manner. The entire Newport branch is very efficient and helpful as well. And everyone, including Janel, is super nice too.
