I went in to open an account yesterday in Oakridge, OR. I had to make an appointment, which I did. I came in with all paperwork and information needed. Nobody there knew what they were doing, and an hour and a half of sitting there watching them not being able to figure out their mistakes, they sent me home with no account and told me they’d get a hold of me at 9:00am the next morning and have everything taken care of and my account info, which I needed to meet a deadline. It took until 11:00am the next day after a bunch of waiting and phone tag. This was the worst banking experience I’ve had with a bank.

Banked here years ago and even then the staff was welcoming wonderful knowledgeable. It is nice to be in a smaller community where toy are not just an account number and a face nobody remembers. Here it is like having friends and family. The services that are offered are a bit better than other places I have utizlied. You can mail your bills here too (for a few places).

Absolutely love this bank! The girls are so friendly, know my name when I come in, always a smile on their face, and answers any questions I have concerning my account. Best bank I’ve ever had!
