Friendly but I'd be very careful with them. First off, their commercial equipment financing contracts don't specify the APR that you are committing too. That' strange. Second, I think I know why they might not put their APR in the documents you sign -- they calculate their interest rates based on a static (unchanging) principal rather than calculating it like every other legitimate bank does which is charge interest on a changing (reduced after every payment) principal. Basically if I'm buying something that is 40k and paying $1,014.50 dollars a month on 10% interest for 48 months. These guys charge interest on the static 40k until the loan is completely paid off. Rather than charge interest on 40k minus the reduction in principal (amortization) you have after each payment you make -- like every other legitimate bank. The difference between how they calculate their interest rate vs how every other bank does it can save you thousands of dollars. Tread carefully.

Started off great. Customer servicer was quick and acceptable up until Charles found out that we have two houses and a vacation home. Then told us he wont even try to write a deal due the fact we have another house out state. That discriminating decision seems very poor and unprofessional. If you have a house in another state. Id recommend not sharing that. Charles thinks that businesses can not run in the owners Absentee, those were his words.
