That problem-solving attitude is rare among financial institutions - these folks actually WANT to help you.

Everyone is very friendly and helpfull

I have been their customer for many many years. Their customer service is excellent, staff is friendly and helpful, and the building is clean and welcoming. Loan rates/fees are generally better than “regular” financial institutions and they provide many different services. I definitely recommend them. They aim to please for sure. 👍

My husband and I just opened an account and a Home Equity Line of Credit. What a great experience! They beat all other interest rates in town plus Kathy explained the process thoroughly AND kept in constant contact regarding approval plus answered all of our additional questions. We are switching all of our accounts over!

Went to open an account. The helper. Was very rude. Yelling in front of other customers. Only locals are the only one. That can open an account there. Why she had to stand up and yell. It out loud. So the whole town of Pendleton. Can hear. Remember me. You in the very first stale. Wasn't call for. Very nasty girl
