This ace is one of the quickest locations. They are also never backed up here. I've never had to wait in line at this location.
The service rep. Was super easy to deal with.
Only downfall, is the call center. Not the grestest.

I don't think I would go here if Rosalie (aka Sally) didn't work here. She is so friendly and caring and extremely efficient. She likes to get people in and out and with others I have had to sit and wait for a very long time. Rosalie is great at multi-tasking all the while helping customers and getting them in and out. You need to clone her because she is a rare gem!

Always quick, friendly service. They helped me get my pre paid debt card when I first got my job. Sally is always friendly and remembers me. I am positive she has great customer care skills. Mary seems busy but also does her job well.

Sally knows her job well and is always friendly and makes your visit personable. She remembers things about you and may ask about your grandkids or your trips to mexico that you take. She is fast and gets you in and out. She makes it a nice experience. You should clone Sally!!! Lol

Today was my birthday, and the front lady who was on shift today, Her name was Esther was the rudest person I have encountered in a long time. She shut her doors in the middle of service on me and my man and claim to have been closed at 5 PM today, when it clearly says they are open till 6 PM on Saturdays. She refused to cash our checks, while excepting to serve the next person in line, who was a white older lady. I have grown up in Oregon my whole life, and I am very aware of what racism feels like. I am a younger African-American woman, and my man is also black, and we truly felt that Esther was more worried about the color of our skin, then allowing us to receive the services necessary. I will be reaching out to higher up management to report this prejudice behavior, and hopefully this post does as it should, and removes people like Esther out of customer service.

I wasn't aware they didn't accept Cash app, Chime or PayPal as actual debit cards/bank accounts and they were unable to help me with a loan due to this. Instead they pushed their own Porte card (understandable) but I would still have to wait almost 2 weeks for the permanent card to show up (with my name) so they could use it to finish my loan process. Just an all around frustrating situation, although no fault of the employees at this location.
