The entire staff at this location are exceptionally friendly, professional, and FAST! All of the employees I have had the pleasure to work with, have been excellent to work with when cashing my checks and the initial process was a breeze with these folks. I really can’t say enough good things about this Ace Cash! They are absolutely top notch! Thank you for exceeding my expectations and the excellent customer service!

I have obtained multiple loans here with Vanessa, who excels at her responsibilities, but today I had the lousiest experience w/ 2 females. One named Julianna, who claimed to be the manager. Her demeanor is absolutely repulsive. She is by far unprofessional & had no intention to help me. I repeated what she way saying & she stated she wasn’t going to argue with me. She denied my application bc I didn’t have a receipt to prove I had filed my taxes. She had already denied me before I even showed my ID! I filed a formal complaint & looking forward to talking to supervisor & helping them improve. Vanessa should be promoted!!!!

After a grueling experience spent trying to get a large summed bank check cashed. Vanessa at Ace Cash was the only person I encountered all day who seemed willing to do anything more than what was absolutely required from her. She made extra phone calls, sent emails and spent close to an hour helping me with a transaction that should have taken half that time. Finally,and most important to me, she performed all these tasks with as smile and a friendly demeanor. . Outstanding experience.

I’m leaving this review for Vanessa! She is always so helpful and she is doing her best. She is also so good at customer service, people come up to the cashier window and are always so rude to her and she is such a champ! She definitely could use some help, but I guess no one wants to work. I heard it’s a stable job and has benefits too! If you need work and aren’t sketchy, apply here!

Vanessa is such a great worker! She knows how to multitask well. She’s Very proficient in her work! Always a joy to see when I go in.

Omg!!! Vanessa is amazing and above average customer service person. 2 different times when I wasn't able to pay on the due date, she helped me with a doable payment plan and she another time which was today she allowed me to pay my due date a few days later with no penalty.
