ACE Cash Express, Portland, OR

The Ace Cash Express on 164th and SE Division St. are wonderful! They are always friendly, helpful, positive, and informative. The first visit I came to get a loan (hard times, ami right??) and Mary was the only person working with several customers in line. She took her time with each customer making sure they were taken care of and not made to feel rushed yet she did it in a quick manner and the whole while had a smile, never seemed overwhelmed or rushed and stayed 100% professional. Since my first visit I have had the pleasure of working with Janneth who is just as wonderful as Mary! Good, and I mean really good employees are hard to come by these days but both of these women are amazing and really good at what they do! Thank you!!

I have been a customer of the 162nd office for 2 years and I love going there It is always clean and fresh smelling inside. Bright and welcoming. I always receive the best customer service from Mary and especially my number one favorite Janneth. I've seen her handle tough situations and never break a sweat. She's always kind and cheerful. Other than the long wait time, I have had no issues with ACE and I've been doing banking through them for years. The lady's at the Gresham location are super sweet and remember my name, it's enjoyable interacting with then.

This was my first time going to Ace for a loan and I think it’s say to say they have exceptional customer service. Mary and Janneth were at the window to help me with whatever I needed. I can definitely see myself coming back thanks to them!

5 stars all the way I'd give 10 if it would let me. The customer service is awesome the paperwork is quick and the staff is knowledgeable they have always treated my family and I with respect, I can't think of anything negative to say even though I recently moved outside the area I am continuing to get my loans at the 164th location where I have worked with Mary and Janneth for upwards 6 plus years. Customer for Life.
