Great to work with as an agent. He is on top of the transaction the entire time. You never have to worry about whether your buyer is going to close because you just know, with Christian, they will. He ensures the buyer is solid before you ever make the offer and keeps them on track throughout the entire process. You always know where you stand when he's on your team.

They have their people call 5 times a day. When you tell them you are not interested they are rude and hang up on you and continue to harass and call. Horrible customer service. Rude inconsiderate people. You couldn't pay me to do business with them.

Ryan handled my loan and through each step they were condescending and trying to force me to do unnecessary things. Even forcing me to consolidate a student loan in order to get more money when no other lender did any such thing. I applied at 3 different Mortgage lenders and this one was by far the worst. They didn't offer to help me as a first time home buyer, bur rather they tried to take advantage. Thankfully my loan is not through these people!!! AVOID!!!
