Just don't go there - a complete waste of time and money. I got referred to them through Credit Karma and several times by direct mail. They even left several telephone messages to contact them after initial inquiry only to waste time after going to their office to tell me they can't give a loan. Female staff who spoke on the phone and gave an appointment was someone who didn't understand English as I repeatedly told my situation and circumstances she anyway decide not bother. Or even to consult a Manager to even help me out. I repeatedly told her and offered to give her supporting documents but this staff is so limited she didn't even bother looking at them. She simply didn't want to help but stare at me as if I've come to the wrong place. When I called first I asked for the Manager Scott, but I was never connected with him.This terrible most unhelpful and inconsiderate person kept wanting to speak with me, may be earn points/credits, when she clearly displayed she is not capable of making any decisions, let alone even want help a person they have invited to do business with. It was inappropriate to say to come back when earning full pay - when a person needs a loan especially due to medical reasons and not earning full pay. I gave one star for the Location. A definite NO. Don't fall for bogus advertising and false and mis-leading promises- they give.

Horrible customer service and rude on top of it! I'd advise go anywhere else. They act like getting the loan processed is literally not their job and it's my problem. Went here several years ago and it was fine. Something has gone downhill since.

Justin helped me and he was wonderful. There was no pressure or judgement. I came in knowing what I was getting into, obviously my credit isn’t amazing and I’d have a high interest rate. To me, this is beneficial, my credit score has gone up and I’ll be able to leave the country sooner than I thought!

I have never dealt with more ignorant individuals then the agents at this loan company. Scott the supposed "manager" has lied to me countless times, not returned calls or handled business as someone who is manager should. I have spoken with Luis, who is a complete idiot. He continuously repeats himself over and over because he has little- to know self esteem in order to communicate clearly. Brandy is always acting like she will take care of things but never going through with it or following up. These people are a bunch of amateur morons. I could go on about them; but they'll probably just steal more of my money and YOUR MONEY too!! Stay away from this branch; I haven't been to others but this one had been nothing but bad experience's. I was actually referred here by a family member that went to the Mall 205 location, so try that one if you MUST use this AWFUL AWFUL loan company! There's better, trust me! This branch has a bunch of children.

Jacob Hanning The epitome of sleeze. This company preys on people in financial trouble and only makes it worse! I was in a bad financial situation and lo and behold I receive endless ads and letters in the mail stating that I am pre-approved for a personal loan! Just what I thought I needed, the wife and I went in to their little office that makes you feel like this is all on the up and up, and qualified for a nine thousand dollar loan..... of course we were not forced to take it, or all of it even, but when two young parents in financial straits are offered a perceived way out of their immediate problems they take it. Of course we had plans to over pay each month, but with life getting in the way that is not always possible It is now about two years later, we fell behind for a couple months but got on a payment plan for those months, now back on track, we are actually further away from paying this off than when we walked out of their office, this is after SEVERAL monthly payments. STAY AWAY! PREDATORY LENDING AGENCY!
