I don't know what their expectations are for clients but I was denied despite a 130000 annual salary with some credit debt and 100 percent on time payments. They have nothing to offer me but a hard inquiry and regrets! Anyone who could qualify for their loans probably have much better options. I easily found much better offers moments later.

I called in to extend my payment date and was fortunate enough to talk to Tiana. She was understanding and knowledgeable and made my experience a very positive one. She has a great attitude and made me feel extremely comfortable. Give this girl a raise!!! Excellent customer service!

You should not work in customer service if you do not like helping people. I took in for unemployment checks that were dated for this week but it was paid for last year back payments. She made me go all the way home and get the check stubs just to go all the way back and her make me give her my PIN number for my personal unemployment account so she could log in and because the claim was a claim swap and the checks were considered reissued in her terms even though it was the first time I'd ever gotten the check, she turned me away. She was looking for any reason at all to turn me away when I desperately needed those checks cashed for my late rent. The employees are not friendly they are not helpful they wasted my time and gas and I will shout it from the mountain tops do not go to rapid cash or speedy Cash and it's obvious why most locations have gone out of business.

The worst - closed early the day before Thanksgiving! That’s some great customer service. Losers
